How jealousy affected my relationship

Jealousy isn't necessarily a bad thing. In fact, loving a person automatically comes with jealousy and the fact of being possessive! Jealousy is the natural counterpart of love!! But usually jealousy may turn into something bad!

When you commit your love to one person, you want an exclusive commitment in return. But that is not necessarily the case.Anything that threatens that commitment, whether it be another person or any circumstance provokes jealousy. Some jealousy in a relationship is natural, normal and healthy. In fact, there would be something wrong if you didn't feel jealous when some boys started flirting with your girlfriend! !
Possessiveness is part of the nature of exclusive relationships, and jealousy is a part of possessiveness. But my jealousy and possessiveness proved to be very costly :( .. In fact, I could even lose my beloved :((

Tia is a fun, friendly, attractive person. That is what drew me to her in the first place, and i have always and i still enjoy how bright, fun and social she is. However, i am a very secretive and withdrawn person. I would never cheat on her, but I constantly questions her faithfulness to me, and at last, she could not take it anymore, and we were about to break up!!

I then realised that she never hides anything to me, so why should i always be on the defensive side and question her?! It was my mistake!! If she had something to hide, she would have never told me about those guys who wanted her number.. Hopefully, i realised my mistake on time and she forgave me!!!

Honesty is very important for a couple to step out of jealousy! If there are past infidelities, lies or deception, the jealousy has a valid basis. Those past mistakes need to be dealt with so the relationship can continue in honesty. Then it is usually important to get a third person involved, whether he is a friend or professional counselor. (Daisy :-p ) One of her friend helped us a lot in situating ourselves; where were we? , What we wanted to be? and IS SHE THE ONE??? OF COURSE :-D ... I love u baby!!! But i admit, I am still and will remain a little bit jealous ;) It's a proof that i love u!!! Muah!
